Welcome to my website!

My name is Anna Casas and I love my work. I accompany people to discover and believe in what they want and facilitate them to do the changes needed to achieve those goals. 

I use the methodology and the abilities of coaching, mindfulness, supervision and NLP to co-create learning dialogues that cultivate the personal and professional development.  

In the end, the most important thing in life is to be ok with ourselves, the few people we are close to and be passionate about what we do.

I spent more than 20 years in business: 7 years working internationally, in the USA, Belgium and The Nederlands; 10 years involved in the family business, as member of the Board of Directors, Family Council and Shareholders Committee; and 4 years as an entrepreneur and manager of my own project. 

In 2010, when my third son reached 18 years, I decided to do a “re-set of my life” and this brought me into coaching, starting my studies and my professionalization in this field. Learning and practicing coaching has brought me direction, clarity and confidence. This was the beginning of a new era centred on continuous learning to keep growing personally and professionally. 

Living and working in different cultures and countries has provided me with an open and international mentality that it is a key ingredient of my way of being. 

I am a member of the EMCC and follow its Code of Ethics.
