The road to sustainable, international Coaching & Supervision in Europe

This workshop is about experiencing, individually and in group, the body intelligence and our limits through music and the practice of movement.
Our inspiration to design this session was sparked by Jeremy Lent in his book The Web of Meaning: “As our civilization careens toward climate breakdown, ecological destruction, and gaping inequality, people are losing their existential moorings. The dominant worldview of disconnection, which tells us we are split between mind and body, separate from each other, and at odds with the natural world, has been invalidated by modern science.”

Our intention in this session is to connect with the body wisdom and express it through the spontaneous movement following the music. During those 90 minutes we will expand our self consciousness, observing and experimenting the limits we have both individually and in group. The intention is to allow ourselves to express those limits and transcend them with the spontaneous movement.

Through music and movement we will connect with our essence, our sensations and emotions, with our personal space, with the perception of our personal and group borders. We will observe how we experiment and co-create the group relationship.
Through the acknowledging of this experience we contribute to expand our capacity, as coaches and supervisors, to be present, to become more conscious of the emergence of the moment, to move out of the comfort zone and act from the heart intelligence. Our aim is to integrate body, mind and spirit. We believe that those are some of the necessary capacities needed in today’s society.

 

What do you need for this workshop? 

-Comfortable clothes to practice spontaneous movements

-Physical space to practice comfortably

-We recommend to practice bare feed.
